Return & Refund Policy (Strict Version)

Thank you for purchasing our handmade Mystery Jewelry Jar. Each product is carefully curated and considered a customized item. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following return and refund terms:

🕓 Return Eligibility
Returns are only accepted within 7 days of delivery and strictly limited to verified quality issues.

❌ Non-returnable situations include but are not limited to:

• Personal dissatisfaction (style, color, design, or expectation mismatch)
• Failure to provide or incorrect customization preferences
• Minor or acceptable imperfections (including slight scratches or packaging damage caused during transit)
• Any item that has been opened, used, worn, or altered
• Requests made after the 7-day return window

✅ Eligible return cases (must meet ALL conditions):

• Item is defective, damaged, missing, or incorrect upon arrival
• Item remains unused and in original, complete packaging
• Clear photo/video evidence must be provided for verification

⚠️ Important Notice
We reserve the right to reject any return request that does not meet the above conditions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

💸 Return & Refund Process
Once the refund request is approved, the customer must return the product to the address designated by us at their own expense.

After we receive the returned package and complete inspection to confirm it meets our return conditions, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Returns that fail inspection (e.g., used, damaged by customer, incomplete packaging) will not be refunded.
